Course Fee:

The course fee is £5000 per participant

This fee covers the 2-day training, social activity, refreshments, lunches and dinner. 

This fee does not cover travel to and from the course venue, nor overnight accommodation.

How to find us:

If arriving by train the closest railway station is Okehampton. This is 6 miles from Wood and takes 15-20 minutes by taxi.

If arriving by car simply head for postcode EX20 2LS. We recommend that you avoid the tiny lane signposted ‘Dishcombe / South Tawton’ and route via the village of Sticklepath. 

If arriving by air, Exeter airport is 27 miles East of Wood and takes around 30 minutes by taxi.

Helicopter landing/parking area is available on-site. Please call Wood MediSpa directly to advise.

Payment:

To secure your booking, payment should be made via bank transfer on completion of booking. Details are provided on submission of the booking form. Please quote your name as a reference.

 

Cancellation Rescheduling and Refund:

Participants who wish to cancel or reschedule their enrolment must give notice in writing via email.

 

Refunds:

• Full refund is paid for cancellations made more than 6 months from the start date of the course
• 5% rescheduling fee will apply for a rescheduling made less than 6 and more than 3 months from the course start date
• 25% rescheduling fee will apply for a rescheduling made less than 3 and more than 1 month from the course start date
• Rescheduling is NOT possible within 1 month of the course start date unless justified by a medical reason which must be certified by a General Practitioner / Family Doctor. In the case of COVID infection, this must be certified by a PCR test certificate.

• GMC certificate (or medical degree if not registered with the GMC)
• Certificate of indemnity insurance (hands-on only)
• DBS / Police check
